Winnie Wall

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Winnifred (Winnie) Wall on August 14, 2025.

Born in Newfoundland, she was a daughter of the late Gordon & Violet McGrath.

Winnie is survived by her children; Debbie, Heather (Dave), Brian (Nadia)as well as many siblings; Irene, Lorraine (Don), Hilda (Cyril), Bob (Cathy), Jayne, Gordon, Leslie (Sherry), Mary Lou, Alicia (Robert), Gary (Bun).  She was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Carl & her brother Ron.

She was a cherished grandmother/great grandmother to many, as well she had many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation has taken place.  No visitation or service to be held.  Private interment to take place.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.

Our family would like to thank the staff of St. Peter’s Hospital for their compassionate loving care of our mother, especially Dr. Solomon who our mother cherished.
