Passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital on November 29, 2025, at the age of 70.Predeceased by his father, Harold (2001) and his mother, Mary(2025). Wes is survived by brother Marvin (Teresa), niece Chantelle (Kris) and nephew Ryan (Joanne).

Wes followed his dreams; he used his passion for cooking to earn accolades around the world, including in British Columbia, Alaska, and Bermuda. His crowning achievement was being the head Chef for the Pan American Games in Toronto (2015), feeding over 10,000 athletes and personnel.

Wes' hobbies included music, fishing, and cars, especially Mustangs.He also loved football; he was a proud Ti-Cat fan. Oskee Wee Wee
