Passed away suddenly on Friday June 26th 2026 at the age of 61. Beloved son of the late Theresa Mcneil (2020) and Joe Mcneil (1989). Loving brother to John, Mary Denise (Ken) predeceased by his sister Mary Jo (2024) and his loving partner Sandra. Uncle to Jessica Stellino (Michael) Jacqueline (Angelo) Joshua, Aidan, Owen, Caitlyn and Lilly. Predeceased by his twin nephews Christian and Terrance. Great Uncle to Alexander Stellino. Tom was a peaceful soul who wore his heart on his sleeve and was always available to lend a helping hand to those in need or simply an ear to those who felt unheard. His compassion for others and gentle nature will always be remembered. Tom will be forever missed by family and friends.
