HENRY, Terry

Terry died in Hamilton on 25 June at the age of 80. His final illness was fast and ruthless, but allowed him to see loved ones, friends and family, to again enjoy stories of many shared adventures. Terry was unconventional to say the least. He was a renowned Lake Ontario sailor who also had
numerous voyages to the Caribbean. He was passionate about cars, taught high performance driving, did drag racing and had started this year’s go-kart racing season. He had a great sense of humour and was the instigator of many pranks. Above all, he was kind and generous to all he loved. Terry will be remembered and missed by his spouse, Marianne McPhail, his son Dave Henry (Jade), his nephew Scott Henry (Caitlin), by his extended family, by Marianne’s family, and by his many many friends. 

Thanks to the staff at Juravinski Hopital, emergency department and in-patient, and St. Peter’s Hospital
for their excellence and kindnesses. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation. 

A memorial will be arranged in the autumn of this year.
