Teal James Gallagher

Teal James Gallagher, 58, of Hamilton Ontario, passed away on September 1st after a short yet valiant battle with lymphoma.

Teal was born on January 29th, 1965 to James and Denise Gallagher. After graduating from Scott Park High School, he went on to have a 40 year career in Hamilton’s steel industry working at ArcelorMittal Dofasco.

Teal was a private person who spent his years doing what he loved including cheering on his adored Chicago Blackhawks and Toronto Bluejays.

After being forced to retire in 2022 due to his illness, Teal spent his remaining days happily at home surrounded by his loved ones including his most cherished love of all, his cat buddy.

Teal is survived by his two sons Liam and Riley, his brother Yves, his sister Tina, his mother Denise and buddy the cat. No services will be held, as Teal requested
