Stephen Gray Bastarache

The two sons of Stephen Gray Bastarache are sad to announce his passing peacefully at home in Hamilton,Ontario on Monday the 24th of May, 2021. Stephen was born in Saint John, NB on January 17th 1960 to parents Daniel Anthony Joseph Bastarache and Bernadette Helena (Burchill) Bastarache, both predeceased. Stephen is survived by his sons Stephen Bastarache (Leanne) Harris and Dana Bastarache (Katie O'Neil). Grandchildren , Ethan Bastarache, Aiden Bastarache and Claire Bastarache. Survived by two sisters Donna (Rheal) Doiron and Rose (Danny) McPhee. Nieces and nephews , Debbie Douthright , Chantelle and Bruce Doiron and Matthew and Michael Bastarache and Great nieces and nephews. Along with his parents Stephen is predeceased by sister Jo-Ann Steves , brother Danny Bastarache and nephew Leo McPhee. Cremation has taken place as per Stephen's wishes. There will be no visitation or Funeral service. a private interment will take place in Saint John N.B when possible. His son's would like to thank their fathers close friend Catherine Keck for her compassion and support for our father.
