In Loving Memory of Selvyn Emmanuel Squire. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Selvyn Squire - a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Selvyn passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024 at the age of 78, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Rae Town Community Kingston, Jamaica, Selvyn brought with him a spirit of warmth and resilience when he immigrated to Canada to build a life filled with love. He provided guidance, strength, and endless laughter to his family and friends. Selvyn leaves behind his devoted wife, Patricia, and their three cherished children, Everton (Vickie), Wayne (Dale), and Sheryl - as well as his grandchildren Anthony (Danielle), Trisha, Tayjua, Kristine, Tresnaiis, Tarineau, Elijah and Isaiah and great grandchildren Alaina, Cole, Luna and Hazel. His legacy will live on through them all, whom he taught the value of enjoying life, without worries. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know him. His memory will be a light that continues to shine brightly in the hearts of those he touched. Visitation to be held on November 12, 2024 from 12Noon-1:00PM at Affordable Burial & Cremation, Unit 1, 205 Nebo Road, Hamilton ON. A Memorial Service to celebrate Selvyn’s life will follow visitation, at 1:00PM. Burial to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery, 260 Rymal Road East, Hamilton ON.
