Robert "Frank" Van Neste

Robert “Frank” Van Neste passed away on July 16th 2026 in his 62nd year. Frank was born in Coburg on March 15th 1965 and spent most of his life in Hamilton and Kitchener. He now rests eternally with his saviour Jesus Christ.

He is survived by his four beloved children Taylor Van Neste, Hannah Watson-Van Neste, Peyton Watson-Van Neste and Elijah Watson-Van Neste. He is the son of Mary Van Neste. Cherished brother of Lisa Yonev (Bill) and Uncle to Kyle Yonev and Dylan Yonev. Predeceased by his father Roger Van Neste and his grandparents Robert and Annie Hannon.

He was at his happiest spending time with his children, be it Taylor at a Windsor Spitfires game, Hannah on a road trip going to malls or at football games watching his two favourite football players Peyton and Eli.

He is remembered as a loving father, a dear friend to many around him and a die hard sports fan who loved the Montreal Canadiens, Football and Baseball. In his prime he was an active bodybuilder winning the titles of Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Stratford.

He proudly retired from TMMC after 30 years as a quality control manager contributing to many awards including JD Power Global Platinum in 2011 and 2014.
