Rick VanKleef passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 21, 2025, at the age of 60.
Throughout his life, Rick filled many roles — a proud father, loyal brother, dedicated coach, and a true friend. He was a hard worker, deep thinker, and natural problem solver. He loved his motorcycle, playing hockey, and had a presence you couldn’t miss — sharp, funny, and always fully himself.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, July 29 from 6–9 p.m. at 53 Southcote, 534 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, in the outdoor garden tent. Snacks provided, cash bar open — come as you are, and bring a good story.
