Richard Turnbull Greig

Greig, Richard (Rick) Turnbull born in Hamilton, Ontario May 3, 1942. Richard passed (away at home just as he wished) on Thursday June 3, 2021. He was predeceased by his best friend and wife Lynda Newman (2010). Richard is survived by his ex-wife, Jo-Ann Tetreault and his children, Lesley, Carrie and Richard (Jeanette); he was a proud Grandfather to his grandaughter Jennifer (Justin); his grandsons Andrew and Evan and his great-children Anthony and Abigail, and niece, Lisa (Brian). Richard was predeceased by his parents John & Margaret Greig and his brother Eddie. He made a life-long career as a dedicated Tool & Die Maker. He had good friends in his previous places of employment. He was known to be a skilled hard worker with a sense of humour . Richard enjoyed many of his childhood/teen years in Sauble Beach at the family cottage that his father built. In his later years Richard enjoyed country drives with Lynda and attending plays at small town theatres, visiting family, trips to the casino and horse racing as some of their hobbies. Richard was known to tell stories and spending time with his family laughing and making memories. He was a private person who loved and cared for his family. Cremation has taken place as per Richards' wish. Dad you will be dearly missed. We love you xoxo
