Hamilton, ON - It is with profound sadness that we share that Brian Dodd passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, in his 77th year. He was the cherished husband of Pearl for 53 loving years. A devoted father to Kyle (Kate) and Lyndsay (Kirk), and proud and loving Papa to his granddaughters, Abigail, Anna, Bridgette, and Emily.

Brian was predeceased by his siblings Gordon and Diane (Mike), and is remembered by John (Dianne), Bruce (Lisa), Marilyn (the late Doug), and Joan (Tom), his brother-in-law Roger (Elaine), and his many nieces and nephews.

Brian dedicated over 40 years of his career to Dofasco and cherished his time in retirement as Papa, attending plays, concerts, softball and soccer games, or simply enjoying time spent together. His sense of humour, strength, and deep love for his family will be forever remembered.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
