Paul Yaretz

Paul Yaretz, born on November 7, 1966, left this world on August 6, 2025, leaving behind a legacy defined by his kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication to his family and community.

Throughout his career, Paul devoted himself to Autism Ontario, an organization close to his heart due to the personal experiences of his family. His commitment to advocating for those with autism reflected his compassionate nature; he was determined to make a difference, always eager to return to helping others with fervor after any challenges he faced. This determination was a testament to his good spirit and the deep love he held for his son, Paul Jr., making him not only a passionate advocate but also a devoted father.

Paul was known for his infectious humor and good heart, qualities that endeared him to everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. Whether sharing a laugh or offering support, he had a remarkable ability to find light in every situation, uplifting those around him.

In addition to his work and family commitments, Paul had a keen interest in politics. He enjoyed watching the news and staying informed about current events, often engaging in discussions that showcased his thoughtful and analytical approach to the world.

He is survived by his beloved spouse, Monica; his son, Paul Jr.; his brothers, Phil and Steven; his sisters, Suzanne and Christine; and many nephews, including Jamie. Paul has now reunited with his parents, embracing their memory and the love they shared.

The impact Paul made during his time here will be cherished and remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of kindness, humor, and advocacy will continue to inspire those who follow in his footsteps.
