Patrick Vincent Smith

With great sadness we are sharing the death of Patrick Vincent Smith who passed away on December 21st, 2021 at the age of 68 year old. The Youngest child and son of the late Loretta (Tate) and Mervin Smith, and predeceased by brother’s Mervin, Allan, Roy, Eddie and Sister’s Shirley, Rita, and Loretta. Patrick is survived by his sisters Eileen (Lavallee) and Joan (Ireland) whom he lovingly called Joanie. Patrick will be deeply missed by his nieces (Joanie’s daughters) Diane, Laura and Tracey; as well as friends, cousins and his many nephews and nieces, along with great nephews and nieces. To have, to love and then to part. Forever loved, Never Forgotten Cremation has taken place, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Patrick can be made to Alzheimer Society of Ontario.
