Patrick Joseph Milligan 09-04-1953

Passed away suddenly on June 13th, 2025, in St. Catharines at 8:41 p.m., at the age of 71.  Lovingly remembered by his children Chad, Tammy, and Becky Milligan. Proud grandfather to many, including Davon, Quinton, Amethyst, and Emillee. Survived by his siblings and extended family. Predeceased by his beloved mother Mary Audrey Black Milligan, father William Milligan, sister Colleen, and brother Allen.  A special thank you to Becky Milligan for her devoted care and companionship, and to the compassionate staff at Garden City Manor in St. Catharines for their kindness during this past year.
