Connors, Patrick Bryan "Pat" passed away the morning of July 21, 2026 at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton Ontario at the age of 72. Pat was the proud and devoted father of Elyse Connors (Mike Mego), Jennifer (Mike Henschel), and Stephanie (Alex McGarry). His greatest joy in life was being Papa/Grandpa to his cherished granddaughters, Olivia, Hazel, and Grace. They brought immeasurable happiness to his life, and he loved them with all his heart. He leaves behind his loving brother and his wife, Joe and Louisa Connors, along with their children Marie (Bob), and John (Kathy). Predeceased byhis parents John and Eva Connors, and his brother John "Jack" (1950-1970). 

Pat owned and operated his own HVAC company for over 50 years, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand, never hesitating to assist insome way. He will be deeply missed by his relatives and many friends for his warm heart, humour, kindness, and unwavering love for those closest to him. 

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Iyer (vascularsurgeon), the staff at the Hamilton General Hospital, and gratitude to the staff of the Emergency Department and F5 Unit at Juravinski Hospital for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Pat and his family during his final days. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday,  August 9th 2026 at The Brown Barrel Eatery (1515 Upper Ottawa Street, Hamilton Ontario, L8W 3J4) from 12pm-4pm. 

In lieu of flowers the family wouldappreciate donations to the Canadian Blood Services, the Heart and StrokeFoundation, the Canadian Red Cross, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
