Patricia Mary Summers

SUMMERS, Patricia Mary Sadly, we share the news of the peaceful passing of Pat at Stedman Hospice in Brantford, Ontario on September 03, 2021 at the age of 74. Her loving husband Paul and son Scott Summers were by her side. There are so many lives she touched in a positive way. She leaves behind her loving husband Paul Summers and well loved son Scott Summers and also our most cherished granddaughter Kennedy Summers. She is survived by her sister Donna Jantzi and son Michael Jantzi and daughter Cindy Costley (Walter). Also survived by sisters-in-law Catherine Summers and Ann Dawson. There are also many nieces and nephews who are sadly mourning her loss. Pat worked 33 years at Canada Post Corporation in Burlington and Stoney Creek, Ontario as an administrative assistant. She touched the lives of many people at Canada Post Corporation. We want to thank all family members, relatives and friends for their support at this difficult time. Special thanks to Nancy Jansen for her support and compassion. Another thanks to Stedman Hospice in Brantford, Ontario for their quality care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia to the Cancer Assistance Program of Hamilton, Ontario or the Hamilton SPCA would be appreciated by the family. There will be a celebration of life at a later date for all family and friends who wish to pay their respects.
