"Patricia (Pat) Jean Monkelbaan born nee Reichheld on March 17, 1937 and passed away peacefully in her sleep at St. Josephs Villa on February 25, 2026. Married 64 years and predeceased by husband Peter (2021). Raised two sons, Robert (Theresa nee Kane) and Jim (Susan nee Gilroy). She was Grandmother to Michael, Erik, Natalie, Amy, and Casey. Great-Grandmother to Emerson and Aurora Rose. Pat was born in Hagersville, Ontario the youngest of four children. Daughter of Ernest and Margaret(nee Dickson). Sister to Betty, Gwen and Charles. Patricia loved cooking, crocheting and showed joy to all animals. Will always be remembered."
