Norma Ann Rowcliffe (Nee Hoage)

We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of our beautiful mother, Norma Ann Rowcliffe. Age 92.

Norma was predeceased by her loving husband, Edward Charles Rowcliffe (2006) and her son Thomas Michael Rowclffe (2004).

She had an immense love for her family and was the last surviving matriarch of the Rowcliffe/Hoage Family. Norma is survived by her children Donna Cook, Dianne Rowcliffe, Wayne ”Rocky” Rowcliffe (Wendy), Wendy Meikle (Doug), Judy Rowcliffe and Mary Rowcliffe (Charles).

Norma was extremely proud of her 14 grandchildren,24 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. She was always sure to be informed of how they were doing in their daily lives and loved to proudly share their endeavours.

Norma enjoyed doing her daily crossword puzzles with her morning tea, which obviously kept her mind sharp. Watching sports on TV as well as her soap operas were a couple of her favourite pastimes, as well as being an avid reader.

We would like to acknowledge the staff at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke for their kind and loving care of our mother while she was a resident.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 163 located at 435 Limeridge Rd. E Hamilton ON on June 14, 2025 from 1:00p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
