Michael Nicholas Wilson passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, at the age of 94. Born on December 4, 1931, Michael lived a long life marked by service and dedication.
A significant part of Michael’s working life was spent in the Canadian Navy, a career that reflected commitment and discipline. Following that chapter of service, he continued his professional life with the Ministry of Ontario, where he worked until his retirement. Through these roles, he built a life defined by responsibility and steady contribution.
Michael will be remembered by his children, Elizabeth and Monty and survived by his sister, Barb, and by his brother, Ray, and Ray’s wife, Janet. He leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren and is predeceased by his son Michael.
He leaves behind a legacy of service and family, and he will be missed.
