Michael Robert Wood

Wood, Michael Robert February 28th 1962- May 19th 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael (Beer Guy) on Wednesday May 19th 2021. He was in his 60th year. He is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Dorothy Wood. Loving husband of Cheryl Wood. loving brother to George, Suzanne and Ron (Colleen). Loving son-in-law to Virginia Barnes. He was a loving brother-in-law to Rob (Pat) Nancy, Kelly, (Troy) Brad (Florie). Was adored and loved by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces, and by many friends. He was an avid volunteer to many organizations including Royal Canadian Legion 622, Stoney Creek Canada Flag Day, Stoney Creek Historical Society and Stoney Creek Santa Claus parade. Cremation has taken place, with a private family service. A celebration of Mike's life will be announced at a later date, when we can all be together again.
