Newton, Kyle
Today, we take a moment to remember Kyle in all his strength and dignity as he passed away Tuesday October 10, 2023 at the age of 65, after a long and hard-fought battle with lung cancer. Kyle was a faithful husband of 25 years to his love, and caregiver Mary as well as a proud father to only daughter Madelyn and spoiled pup Millie. He was a treasured brother-in-law to both Wanda and Darren; cherished cousin and lifelong friend to Shane. He is also survived by sister Jodie and family. A committed and knowledgeable tool and dye maker, he retired from Ford Motor Company of Canada after almost 30 years of service. Kyle lived confidently, with a level of quick wit that was almost unmatchable and a passion for knowledge that he spread to those around him; his wisdom, love and charisma will be greatly missed.
The family would like to extend gratitude to the caring staff at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton who provided support during his final weeks, as well as a special thank you to both the Juravinski and Walker Family Cancer Clinic teams. Cremation and a private celebration of life have taken place. In lieu of flowers, gestures of sympathy can be made to the Dr Bob Kemp Hospice in Kyle’s memory.
And so Kyle sails up to the sun, ‘till he finds his sea of green; living beneath the waves, in a yellow submarine.
