Born in Hinckley, England on April 1, 1949, Keven passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2026, in Grimsby, surrounded by his family.

Keven was the loving husband of the late Mary Elizabeth (“Liz”) and is survived by his two sons, Darren and Duane; his daughters-in-law, Kathy and Bridgette; his six grandchildren, Sarah, Amy, Breanne, Gabby, Declan, and Izzy; and his two great-grandchildren, Eliza and Arthur.

Growing up in Leicestershire, England, Keven developed a lifelong love of football, cricket, and music, and it was there that he met the love of his life, Elizabeth. After moving to Canada in 1974, he established himself as a hardworking machinist, soccer coach, referee, and loyal friend to many.

Keven loved spending time outdoors at the family trailer on Lake Erie, especially enjoying fishing and relaxing with family and friends. His regular meetups with friends at Tim Hortons meant the world to him. Above all else, Keven was a devoted supporter of his family and a very proud Grandad and Papa. Private cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life gathering in his honor will be held at the Judge and Jester in Grimsby on Sunday, June 7, from 1:00–4:00 p.m.
