Moroni, Kathleen (née Cummins)

After facing cancer with remarkable strength, Kathleen passed away peacefully on July 2, 2026, at Emmanuel House Hospice at the age of 60.

Lovingly remembered by her partner, Francesco; daughter, Gabrielle (Gregory); father, Noel; brother, Joseph (Monica); sister, Elizabeth (Jim); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and her beloved cat, Karma.

Predeceased by her mother, Doreen Cummins (née Brewer).

Kathleen was a kind and caring person who loved spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed watching true crime shows and attending musicals with her daughter. A dedicated and hardworking employee, she spent 19 years with Salerno Dairy. Kathleen could always be counted on to send a cute animal video to brighten someone's day and bring a smile to everyone she loved.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Levine and his team at Juravinski Cancer Centre for their years of compassionate care and support, and to the staff at Emmanuel House Hospice for keeping Kathleen comfortable and treating her with kindness and dignity in her final days.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation.

A Celebration of Life will take place later this summer. Details will be announced at a later date.
