GARLAND, Kathleen Marie

December 19, 1954 - February 23, 2025

We are saddened to share the loss of our beloved mummy Kathleen (Kay) on Sunday February 23, 2025.

We are comforted that her last days were surrounded by her family with a peaceful passing. Kathleen was the Mother of Eamon, Roisin, Niall, Bronagh, Daire and Niamh, and Nana Kay to six grandchildren whom she adores. She was a daughter, a sister, an auntie, cousin and friend. She will be remembered and sorely missed our big family in Ireland.

Our family would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the clinical care and surgical teams at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and Toronto General. We thank them for their compassionate care and faith in our Mum.

Kay loved music, watching her shows with a cup of tea, and a wee bit of bizz, but most of all she idolized her family. One in a billion, her legacy will live on through the memories and stories we share.

We will all remember Kay as a proud Irish woman with the spirit of a fighter, and as a mother who would do anything for her kids.

A private Mass will be held for family before we return Kathleen home to rest in Ireland.
