Karon Denise Hill

Karon Denise Hill, a stay-at-home mom and life-long resident of southern Ont. passed away quietly on Wednesday, February 23rd. age 64 in St. Catherine's Ont. Karon is survived by her husband Ronald Hill, daughters Lisa Marie Hill (fiance, Brett Chisholm), and Julie Leger Cruz (husband, Eddie Cruz) as well as her granddaughter Ivy Cruz. Karon was born in Hamilton Ont. on October 31st. 1957 and was adopted to parents Harry and Kay Moore. She spent several years living in New Brunswick, eventually returning to Ont. and becoming one of the first female members of the Canadian militia. She was a devoted mother and avid lover of birds and anything sci-fi, eventually being known by some as the "Tardis Lady". She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. A small private service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, on Friday, March 04/2022 at 1pm, where she will be laid to rest along with her parents.
