Karin Wilhelmine Elsa Greiter

With much love, we mourn the passing of our beloved wife and mother Karin Wilhelmine Elsa Greiter (nee Kindervater) who left us March 27 at the age of 88. Karin was born October 24, 1937 in Bremen, Germany.

In 1956, she met her future husband Siegfried. The two were inseparable from that point on starting a new life in Canada. Karin and Siegfried were married for 68 love-filled years. She was the proud mother of sons Michael (Susan), Richard (Nancy) and daughter Angela.

Karin was known for her kind heart and gentle nature. She was a strong woman who faced challenges with grace and dignity. She will be remembered for a life well lived filled with music, flowers, laughter, new adventures and wine.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Bogach, Dr Karachi and the amazing nurses and staff at Juravinski Hospital ICU.

At Karin’s request, there will be no public service or visitation.
