Kurucz, Julius “Jules”

Passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026 in Waterdown, ON, in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his wife, Aurora Kurucz. Lovingly remembered by his partner Margaret Kovacs, his children Ken (Vanessa) Kurucz, Jim (Sue) Kurucz, and his grandchildren Lily (Malcolm) McNeil and Jasmine Kurucz.

The last of the 10 Kurucz siblings (Annie, Lizzie, Mike, Clara, Mary, Margaret, Kay, Barbara, Vera), the “baby” of the family.

He cherished his family above all else and had a special love for horses, playing cards and country music, which brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life. His memory and quiet strength will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
