Joyce Erva Hallett

The family of Joyce Hallett announces her passing on February 21st 2023 at the age of 92.

Predeceased by husband Ted (2002).

Loving mother of Dean (Louise), Peg (Jim) Kemp, Wendy (Eddy) Winquest and Wayne (Lynne).

Grandmother of Amy (Scott), Jeff and (Krista), Trevor, Jill (Mike), Season (Carter), Jackie

(Eddie) and Danielle. GG of: Joyce, Lilly, Robyn, Rose, Cosette, Sylvie, Genevieve, Ryan,

Bailey, Lauren, Kylie and Evan.

Joyce worked at The Leonard and Queensway hotels, Drinkwater and Brian Cullen motors. She

was passionate about helping others. She volunteered with swimming lessons for handicapped

children, women's place for many years and the Hotel Dieu Hospital. She enjoyed Fairview Mall

early morning walks followed by coffee hour. She loved dogs, gardening, reading, crafting and

painting.

Thanks to the caregivers at Henley house for their attention and support.

As per her wishes cremation has taken place with a private family gathering at a later date.
