Joao Luis Custodio Passed away suddenly on February 11th 2026, lovingly remembered by his children Helena McIntyre, Pedro (Teri) Custodio, Michael (Lisa) Custodio, Kevin (Laura) Custodio, Michael Stouph, TJ (Crystal) Stouph and Erin Pitkeathly. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Emily (Brandon), Cara (Winy) Nicholas, Jonathan, Ryan, Damien, Izaiah, Leum, Maria, Paul, Arvoni and his great grandsons Cedric and Henry. He will be missed by his sisters, brother and many nieces and nephews.

John was born in the Azores and immigrated to Canada in 1972, where he continued his career as a bodyman. He enjoyed motorcycles, watching tv shows and a good joke. His memory will live on in the stories we tell, and the lessons he taught us. We take comfort in knowing he is now riding his Harley with the wind at his back and not a worry in sight. We would like to thank the staff on the Stroke Team and in the Neuro Trauma ICU at the the General Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and as per dad's wishes a private service will take place.
