In Loving Memory of Jean "Olive" Clarke

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jean "Olive" Clarke, aged 80, on December 20, 2024. Born on January 17, 1944, Olive, as she was affectionately known, was devoted to her family and a beacon of kindness and resilience to all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving children: Heather Albanese (Tony), Jeff Clarke (Diane), Donna Shipstone (Dave), and Nancy Hillman (Paul), who will forever cherish her memory. Olive was deeply proud of her family and the lives they built together. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley, Mark, Shawna, Nicole, Crystal, Amy, Dylan, Justin and Kelsey, as well as her dearest friend Loretta Fleming.

Predeceased by her husband, George, Olive has now reunited with her loved ones in eternal peace.

A celebration of Olive's life will be held at 11:00 am, January 4, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 345 Highway 8 East, Stoney Creek. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the incredible woman she was.

Though Olive’s presence will be deeply missed, her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.

May she rest in eternal peace.
