Jason Tesluk, age 68, peacefully passed with family by his side on December 20. He was a loving father to Jessica (Herb), Teela (Chad), Dustin (Laura), and Cody (Mitch), a proud grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by, Susan Tesluk, the mother of his children and a lifelong friend with whom he shared a strong and enduring bond. He is also survived by his brother, Tim (Julie). Known for his lively spirit, sense of humor, and big heart, Jason was a beloved uncle and a friend to many who will always remember his fun-loving ways. He will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held on December 28, from 2 to 5 p.m., at the Hamilton Horseshoe Club, 170 Brockley Drive, Hamilton, Ontario.
