Herman Noble

June 8, 1954 – January 30, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Herman Noble, who left this world in his 71st year. Herman’s kindness, humour, and unwavering love for his family will be missed. He is survived by his wife Jo Anne, children Lenny (Kelly), Tracey, Scott (Alexandria) and Jenna (Nikki), and grandchildren Caitlin (Scott), Brandon (Jamie) Megan (Justin), Logan, and Odin. Also survived by sisters Marion, and Ada (Bernie), brothers Stan (Lillian), and Gerald (Verna), and his many nieces and nephews. Herman is predeceased by his parents George and Selena Noble and his siblings Leonard, Garfield, Charles, Margaret, Meathible, and Eva.

Herman was born in Horwood Newfoundland and moved to Ontario with his family in 1987. He worked at St. Peter’s Hospital for over 30 years before his retirement.

Herman’s life was one of dedication—to his family, his passions, and the people lucky enough to know him. He had a way of making those around him feel valued and heard, always ready with a story, advice, or a joke to brighten the day. His legacy of love and resilience will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

A visitation/celebration of life will be held on February 7, 2025, at The C Hotel by Carmens (1530 Stone Church Road E. Hamilton, ON) from 5-7pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honour his memory by sharing a kind word, a warm hug, or a moment of laughter with those you hold dear—just as Herman always did.
