Hamilton, Ontario - POTVIN, Henri Maurice Joseph

With deep sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of our much-loved father and grandfather, Henri Potvin. With family by his side, Henri died at his home on Friday, February 13, 2026, in his 89th year.

Henri joins the love of his life, his beloved and greatly missed wife, Jackie. He is deeply mourned by his three sons: Michel, Adam (Maria Papalia), and Anthony (Laurie), and his five loving grandchildren: Hunter, Alexandria, Henri, Tristan, and Cooper.

Henri is predeceased by his father, Rudy, and his mother, Margaret. He leaves behind his brothers, sisters and their spouses: Al (the late Barbara), the late Phil (Marilyn Erhardt), Estelle (Paul) LeMay, Jeanine (Walter) Wells, and the late Louise (John) Douglas. He also leaves behind his brothers-and sisters-in-law: the late Bob (Verda) Staats, the late Jean (Mel) Tuck, Linda Thompson, and John and Susanne Martin. Henri is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends.

The family would like to thank the kind and caring PSWs, doctors and nurses who supported Henri.

Cremation has taken place and as per Henri's wishes, there will be no service.
