Gloria Catherine Partridge

Gloria Marie Catherine Partridge (Thibeau), 77, a beloved mother, grandmother, and one of the kindest women you could ever meet, passed away on October 16, 2026, in the care of St. Peter’s hospital, peacefully in her sleep after a battle with cancer. Born on October 2, 1949, in River Bourgeois, Cape Breton. Gloria’s life was a testament to love, laughter, and kindness.

Gloria was a caring woman with many talents. She spent years as a cleaner, and later spent many years caring for her grandchildren. Her commitment to helping others left a lasting impact on all who crossed paths with her.

Gloria had a love for drawing, word puzzles, movies, and true crime. She was very clever and used her brains to help her grandchildren with their homework. Her quick wittedness always made her a great person to talk to.

She is survived by her daughter, Monica Partridge, and her three grandchildren: Lynette Oleschuk (Justin Chester), Nicholas Oleschuk (Holly Anderson), and Christopher Partridge. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones. Gloria’s memory will live on through her family, whose lives have been enriched by her unwavering love and support.
