Gary Thomas Briggs

Gary Briggs was heaven sent.

On April 7th, 2025, Gary returned to his home in heaven. We were all blessed to have such a remarkable, loving, caring man with an infectious sense of humor and amazing smile, in our lives. He is very dearly missed by Mary (Spouse), his son Geoff Briggs, Alexa, and grandchildren Davina and Grayson, Cheryl Martin (loving sister) and David Martin, Glenn Briggs (loving brother) and Carolyn Briggs, Cam Briggs (Nephew) and Megan Briggs and great nephews, Rowan and Hayes. He is also missed by all his nephews and their families as well as his niece and her family. As all can see the Briggs family could also be called the BIG family.

Gary is missed by my brother, Charles Szvitak and Judy Szvitak, Kathy Nagy and my nieces, Ainsley Szvitak and Derek Brown, Meghan Smith and Matt Smith and Emilia, Valerie Whaling and Billy Whaling.

Gary had an incredibly loving family and many, many, dear friends and was loved so very much by all. He will be missed by his fur babies, Bentley (dog), Catillac, T-Bird and Lincoln (cats). They are missing him desperately and are still looking for him. They adored spending tons of time loving on him and are all wondering why he has not come home.

Gary will be most missed by his golfing buddies. Little do they know, he’s making perfect scores in heaven.

May his laughter and love continue to resonate in our hearts.
