Fredrick Alexander Thurlby

Fredrick Thurlby went to be with his Lord and Saviour peacefully on December 22nd, surrounded by family and friends. Fred was survived by his wife Cynthia, son Fred Jr, predeceased by son Carey (Vanessa). As well as, survived by his grandchildren: Aleesha (Matt), Kayla (Ian), Carey Jr. (Charlene); Great grandchildren: Findlay, Riley, Colby, and Brady. He was also predeceased by his brother Ken.

He will be missed by his sister Dianne and many family members, his Church family, and many friends and neighbours.

Celebration of life will be held at Peoples Church, Mohawk road west, Hamilton, at 11:00 am on January 15th. Visitation will take place at Peoples Church on January 14th, from 6:00pm-8:00pm, and one hour prior to the service on January 15th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peoples Church Greater Project or Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A special thanks to the doctors, paramedics, and home care workers who cared for Fred.
