Frederick James Jerome

December 21, 1948 - April 26, 2023

After bravely battling a long illness, Rick passed away peacefully at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville.

Predeceased by parents Stanley and Phyllis Czajka (Hunt) and sister Laurie Funke.

Survived by daughters Kimberly and Christine (Ken), brother Bob (Sandy) and sisters Debbie (Wayne), Sandra (Ron), Carrie (Brian) and Lynn.

Will be missed by his Aunt Margaret and friends.

Respectfully following Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and interment will take place at a later date.
