Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Residence, at Chedoke, surrounded by her family Suzanne (Lois, deceased 2022), she is survived by her daughters Nicole (Jeff) and her cherished grandchildren, Dylan (Davin) and Jessica (Ian), as well as extended family Lorne and Marjorie Allen.

Babette immigrated to Canada in 1966 and faced many challenges as she raised her daughters on her own. She was a devoted and long-standing member of St. Joseph’s Parish,

serving on the CWL for over 35 years. Babette will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and the many special PSWs who cared for Babette day and night at St. Peter’s at Chedoke.

Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church, 260 Herkimer Street, Hamilton, ON.
