MCGILLIARD, Euphemia "Effie" Margaret, passed away peacefully on Monday morning September 6th, 2021. Loving wife of Andrew "Andy" McGilliard, survived by her son Andrew and daughter-in-law Julia, sister Christine and brothers Gordon and Ian. A memorial bench will be dedicated to her and Andy at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity that is close to your heart.
