With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Esau Manuel Botelho, who passed peacefully in Hamilton, on July 14, 2026, in his 65th year.

Beloved father of Eric Botelho (Tori) and Alexa Botelho. Brother of Manuel (Cathie) Botelho,

and Uncle to many special nieces and nephews including Matthew (Ashley) Botelho, Chris Botelho, Latifa Macdonald, Alex Macdonald and Joe Macdonald. Predeceased by his parents, Manuel Botelho and Maria Rosa Botelho.

Esau was born in Sao Miguel, Portugal and moved to Canada as a young boy. Esau enjoyed time spent with his friends, family and in helping others. His children, nieces and nephews were his greatest joy.
