Dziuba, Elizabeth "Liz" "Lizzy" "Ela" passed away suddenly on Dec 15th, 2025, in

Hamilton, Ontario, at the age of 38. She was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, mother,

niece, and aunt. Loved and missed by her parents, Beata and Robert Bartlett. Loving mother to

Faith and Logan. Beloved sister to Diana Dziuba-Horrocks (Stefan), aunt to nephews Jacob and

Michael, and niece, Ryleigh.

She is also lovingly remembered by her extended family in Canada and in Poland.

Elizabeth was born in Etobicoke, Ontario, on August 31st, 1987. The family later moved to

Hamilton, Ontario, where Elizabeth attended George R. Allan, Dalewood, and Westdale schools.

Despite many ups and downs in her adult life, Elizabeth demonstrated determination and

perseverance in achieving her goals. She celebrated the smallest successes and experienced an

immense sense of accomplishment.

She will be remembered for her natural talent, intense passion, and dedication to creative

expression through art. She was also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and

social justice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation in Hamilton. Private

cremation has taken place.
