Daughter of Fred and Flo Weise , sister to Shirley, Fred (Cookie), Dorothy (Bunny) , Annabelle, Donald and David.

Mother to Cindy (predeceased) and Tricia

Grandmother to Anthony, Jasmine, Marcus, Mekhi

Great Grandmother to Josiah and Anaya

Long time partner to John Gavin

Betty was born in Hamilton and lived there most of her life, living briefly in Brampton. She was a classically trained pianist, going on to teach for many years. She was also an artist with many mediums including painting and drawing.

Betty loved her family and was very proud to be mom and grandma to them.

A cremation has taken place and celebration of life will follow.
