Douglas Glen Levely

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Douglas (Doug) Glen Levely, who died peacefully surrounded by his family on May 19, 2025, at the age of 60.

Born to the late Elizabeth (Sutherland) and Stanley Levely in Hamilton, Ontario, Doug is survived by his two sons Eric (Andrea) Levely & Lucas Levely. He was a proud and devoted Papa to Brooks & Easton. He will be deeply missed by his sister Cathy (Tim) Ford and fondly remembered as Uncle Doug to Sarah (Derek) Thomson & Meghan Ford. Doug is also survived by his great nieces and nephew, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

Doug was a proud member of the Ontario Provincial Police for 17 years. He will be deeply missed by his partner Cathy & A Platoon colleagues.

A celebration of life to honour Doug will be held on a later date for family & friends.
