With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dennisee Estelle Saayman Linklater on March 27, 2025. She was a beacon of love, warmth, and joy, whose infectious smile could light up any room.

Dennisee was a devoted mother to Lisa, Blake, and Marisa, and a cherished grandmother to William, Zoe, Lily, Hannah, and Matilde. She was also a loving sister to Geneviere and Malcolm. Her family was the center of her world, and she embraced every moment with them, filling their lives with laughter, music, and unconditional love.

A retired ER nurse, Dennisee dedicated her career to caring for others with compassion and strength. Even in the most challenging moments, she remained a source of comfort and hope for those in need.

She found immense joy in life’s simple pleasures—dancing to her favorite music, playing the piano, and surrounding herself with the brightest colors. She lived fully, never holding back, always present in the moment.

Though she is no longer with us, her love and spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.

A celebration of Dennisee’s life will be held at a later date in the coming months.

Dennisee—you will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
