Denise Gallagher

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Denise Marie Bertha Gallagher on Monday, October 13th at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, ON in her 84th year. Although her health had been declining the last few years, her passing was sudden. Denise was born on December 20, 1941 in Foleyet, ON to Wilfred and Yvonne Langlois and predeceased by her siblings Leo, Simone, John, Raymonde and Yvette.

She adored her family and will be missed by her daughter Tina(Ron) White, son Yves Gallagher and grandchildren Liam. Leah, Riley and Rachel. Denise has been reunited with her son Teal Gallagher and partner Claude Roy. She will also be missed by her many friends who were an important part of her life.

Denise was a bright light who enjoyed having fun!! She was often described as the life of the party who genuinely cared about everyone around her. Denise also enjoyed spending time at the beach either meeting up with friends or enjoying a book.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be planned for the future.
