Dawn Yvonne Jeffreys

It is with a saddened heart I announce the passing of my loving mother, Dawn Yvonne Jeffreys (nee Courage). She passed away peacefully on January 10th 2021. She was born in Buchans, Newfoundland on December 11, 1936. She loved to travel, play golf and visit family/friends. She was predeceased by her husband Bill; her parents Hilma and Cyril Courage; and siblings Guy, Junior, Doreen and Daphne. Leaving to mourn is her son JC, and family members Ted, Eric C, Diane, Mark, Bob, Kathy and Eric J. She will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends from coast to coast across Canada (BC to NL), USA and her loyal beagle pal Sam who was always by her side. Her love and devotion to family/friends showed in her personal connections with each and every one of them. This love and commitment has given many of us special memories to help us get through this difficult time. Special thanks to doctors and staff of Juravinski Cancer Clinic, St. Joseph’s Hospital Firestone Clinic, Joseph Brant Hospital, nurse Cassandra from LHIN Services and family doctor, Dr. John Holmes. Cremation is to take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
