It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Colleen Adams, who left us far too soon on September 22, 2025, at the age of 47.

Born on February 24, 1978, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Colleen was a vibrant spirit who lived life with passion, grace, and a deep love for those around her. Her greatest joy in life was her son, Travis Chalmers, with whom she shared countless cherished memories. Colleen loved spending time with Travis and was known for embracing life to the fullest—her warmth, laughter, and resilience will be remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of Colleen’s life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends in due course.
