Cole Barry Andrew Jarvis

Hamilton, Ontario - Suddenly, with loving family by his side, Cole lost his inspiring and courageous battle with Diffuse Scleroderma at the young age of 33.

Survived by his beautiful children, Hunter (Mallory), Emmalee and Olivia (Amanda) and stepdaughter Kayleigh; adoring parents, Claude and Wendy (Hobbs) Jarvis; sister, Taylor Jarvis (Pat); brother, Brian Jarvis, and Grampy (Andy Jarvis). Preceded in death by loving grandparents, Grandma Joan (Jarvis), Grammy and Puppy (Pat and Barry Hobbs) and Nan (Lorraine Jarvis).

Cole was a talented hockey player growing up, a devoted Ottawa Senators fan. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, home cook and all around adventurer. He loved to sing, he loved to dance. Cole was always a music lover. In the later years you would find him blasting tunes, singing along at the top of his lungs doing one thing he loved the most - exploring his Home Away From Home, Prince Edward Island. He had a passion and natural talent when it came to the arts. Aside from music, he loved painting and photography and creating vinyl t-shirts with both empowering and funny messages. His sense of humor was unmatched and we will all miss that deeply.

Cole's love for his children could not be summed in words and the love he expressed to his family and those he treasured was unsurmounted and will never be forgotten. His family and friends will forever remember him for his adventurous spirit, wit, charm and joy that he brought into their lives.

To all of Cole's medical teams, from London, Ottawa and Hamilton, thank you for everything. There are too many of you to name personally, but you know who you are. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

A celebration of life will be held at The Brown Barrel Eatery (1515 Upper Ottawa St, Hamilton, Ont.) on Sunday, October 26th, between 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Cole's honor at https://www.hardword.ca/
