In Memory of Charles Stanley Penny (1924-2024)

Charles “Chuck” passed away peacefully at his home with his loving wife Ellen Jean by his side on September 26th, 2024 at 100 years of age.

Charles was a dedicated, hardworking, talented and creative Husband, Father and Grandfather.

He will be missed dearly by his wife of 71 years Ellen Jean Penny (nee Worrell) and by his three children, Edward Charles (Judith), Mark Stephen (Rebekah), and Dawn Ellen (Darrell). Devoted grandfather to Vanessa Ellen (Paulo) and loving great grandfather to Miguel and Maia.

Chuck will be remembered fondly by his many nieces and nephews.
