Carmen Evelyn Robertson, (Mama Carmen)

Carmen passed away peacefully on October 30, 2024, at the age of 77. She was born on March 30th, 1947, in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Island.

Carmen was loved and adored by all and greatly remembered by her four children, one son in law Sebastian, grandchildren and great grandchildren that she cherished assisting raising.

Carmen is survived by her five sisters and one brother.

Carmen greatest joy came from cooking, making her homemade roti and legendary call aloo soup and she was delighted in passing down her culinary secrets to her children and grandson (Caldric).

Carmen enjoyed singing, attending church, watching tv, cooking, gardening and spending quality time on the phone with her family and friends. Carmen took great pride in the fact that she was a long standing member of the Faith Temple Pentecostal Church Choir in Saint Vincent in the Grenadines Island.

Special thanks to close family friends Mariana, Glendine and Augustine for taking the time to assist and be Carmen support when needed. Special thanks also to the dedicated, compassionate and hardworking staff at Idlewyld Manor and the team of doctors, nurses and personal care assistant on Rose Garden Wing.
